All sunrooms, conservatories and garage conversions are built to meet all building regulations.

KAS Build Ltd would be delighted to provide a quotation, design, and advice when planning your works. Most are exempt from planning once you do not build bigger that 40 square meters and have a minimum of 25 square meters left in your garden.

If you are proposing any changes to the front of your garage e.g. replacing the garage door with a window, and if this is clearly visible from a public road then planning permission may be required. Should you need planning we can provide a local architect to develop drawings and apply for planning for you along with providing a cert of compliance on completion.

We are aware that any works to a home is inconvenient so we will endeavor to deliver a short term program with a highly qualified and experienced team.
